How much does delivery cost? For mainland U.K, standard seven day delivery is FREE for all order over £50.00 and only £4.99 for smaller orders. If you need something in a hurry! We can also offer "next day delivery" (except for Non mainland U.K and Northern Ireland and the Highlands) for a charge of £8.99 or even a Saturday delivery for a charge of £32.99 (unless the items are not stock lines) if the order is received before 14:00 (2pm).
Standard Delivery charges for orders to the Scottish Highlands and Islands are £19.99. For Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey, the Standard delivery charge is £29.99 and for Ireland the charge is £24.99.

Please note that deliveries are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
How long does delivery take? Our Standard delivery will reach you within seven working days of receipt of your order. Our carriers will deliver direct to your door anywhere in the UK. Non mainland U.K and Northern Ireland delivers may take a little longer.
What do I do if there is no-one to receive a delivery? That's ok, if you have not provided an alternative delivery address (a neighbour for example), the carrier will leave a card with a contact number so you can arrange a new delivery time that suits you.
What do I do if items are damaged? Get in touch with Customer Service Department, Tel. 01778 341199 or Fax. 01778 341188 straight away (between 9.00 - 17.30 Mon-Fri). We will arrange for an replacement to be dispatched.
