can I pay for my order ? |

As
with most online ordering systems, we can only accept payments via Credit
Cards or Charge Cards (i.e. Visa, Master Card, Switch, Visa Electron &
Solo).

How
can you ensure that my Credit Card / Charge Details are kept safe? |
The
system used by the online ordering parts of our site is protected using
a 1024 bit model to encrypt (scramble) your credit card details before they
even leave your PC. This scrambled data is passed to our site and then in
turn passed to ourselves. It is not until it arrives at our offices, that
we then de-scramble your data which then reveals your information. Remember,
that your Credit Card information is never stored on our web site in an
unencrypted (unscrambled) form.

What
happens if the encryption (scrambling) fails? |
Because
of the way this system operates, if for any reason the encryption process
is not completed properly, the order is permanently lost. This means that
although we will not receive your order, it ensures that your details can
never leave your PC without being fully protected.

Why has the credit card entry screen not got a padlock or https address? |
The majority of our site is not located on a "Secure Server", this is due to the reduction in speed of these servers. However the page into which we ask you to enter your credit information is located on a Secure Server using SSL 3.0, with 128 bit encryption ( you will see the golden padlock at the top of the screen or a https address at the top).
To confirm that the credit card entry screen is secure, please right-click the credit card entry page and select Properties (Internet Explorer) or View Frame Info (Netscape) from the pop-up menu. The browser will then display the properties of this page, including its address. Remember, that if a page address starts with https, it is held on a Secure Server.

other information do you keep? |

addition to your Credit Card / Charge Card information, we also record
your Name, Address, Telephone Number, E-mail address and details of the
products that you have ordered to allow us to process your order. This
information is also retained to ensure the highest levels of Customer
Services & Support to our customers.

Will
Water Gardening Direct give my details to other companies? |
ABSOLUTELY
NOT, we only retain your information to ensure our levels of services to
our customers, and therefore will never allow your information to be passed
to or used by any other companies or persons without your express permission.

may use your address and or e-mail to send you future copies of our product
brochure or special offers. However if you would prefer not to receive this
