Items priced including VAT at STANDARD RATE where applicable.

Every
effort is made to dispatch from stock as soon as possible, with standard
delivery being 7 days. None-stock items may be dispatched up to 14 days
from order date and will be advised to you.

Standard
(7 day) carriage (UK mainland only, excluding the Highlands) is only £4.95
for all orders over. Next day delivery on any order is an extra £8.95.
Carriage charges for other destinations are available on request. Please
note that deliveries are not made at weekends or bank holidays.

All
goods remain the property of Water Gardening Direct Limited until paid
for in full.

5. |
All
goods carry manufacturers' guarantees and warranties.

6. |
Damages,
shortages or faulty goods should be notified to Water Gardening Direct within
48 hours of delivery.

7. |
Water
Gardening Direct reserves the right to repair or replace faulty or damaged
goods. Should you experience any difficulties with your product, please
contact us to discuss the problem. If it is established that the product
is faulty, we will be happy to arrange for a collection and replacement
of your product.

English
law applies on all transactions.

Direct Limited denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by
damaged or faulty items, delay in dispatch or delays by carriers.
