The Bioforce range of pressurised pond filters are fed by a pump situated in the pond. Being pressurised they can be hidden behind a rockery and discharge water upwards from the filter to the top of the waterfall (no more than 1m - 3ft). In addition to this the filter outlet is near the top which enables the bulk of the filter to be buried in the ground. Combining the Ultra Violet inside the filter gives the smallest most efficient filter on the market.

7. Easy ‘backflush’ cleaning cuts time and effort for filter maintenance by reducing the frequency of thorough foam cleaning needed. The new Aquaforce range of pumps offer improved efficiency, performance and reliability. The range has been specifically designed for filtration, waterfalls or watercourses and offer a cost effective flowrate in terms of initially purchase and running costs. The new robust all-in-one cage design is quick and simple to open, but offers a considerably increased cage surface are, allowing the maximum amount of waste to be collected and pumped to the filter system. It also means that the cage is far less likely to clog reducing the need for cleaning. Included with the pump is the new wildlife protection insert, which allows you to reduce the inlet solids diameter from 6-10mm (depending on model) down to 2mm. This prevents wildlife such as Tadpoles, Newts and small fish getting into the cage. The motors feature a water cooling system, which ensures that the pumps are kept at a constant temperature and reduces the risk of overheating. Ceramic bearings along with thrust washers ensure the motors are ultra reliable. The larger models (6,8,12 and 15000) are able to operate either in or out of the pond, they also feature a second inlet, which allows an optional skimmer or satellite filter Additionally the included flow control allows the flow of water to be adjusted to suit your installation.
