The VORTON UVC (Ultra voilet Light) from Hozelock Cyprio combines the efficiency of the previous design with several new key features. The Vorton Ultra Voilet Light has a in built Turbulator which increases the units efficiency by even exposure of the water to the UV light. The multi-directional inlet/outlet enables the rotation of the hose connections through 360 deg, making it much easier to route the hose to and from the unit. The Vortons electrical housing has a bayonet fitting and the domed quartz sleeve makes cleaning the quartz simple and easy. The main body is detachable from the mounting bracket without the need to undo screws, making the unit easy to work with. The Hozelock Vorton is IP65 rated making it weather proof. The units are supplied with a 2 year guarantee. Supplied with 5 m of cable.

To ensure the best performance from you Ultra Violet Light, we recommend that the UV bulb(s) are replaced each spring time and that the quartz sleeve is cleaned.

We offer 6 different sizes of hose to suit all the products we sell. The corrugation of the hose contains a strengthener, which enables the hose to be flexible and strong but will not kink in most pond installations. The hose is black for easy concealment and to discourage growth of algae on the inside, which can, long term, lead to a reduction in the hose diameter and thus affect the pumps performance.

The Zinc plated hose clips come with a foam strip to ensure maximum grip to the exterior of the corrugated hose, thus avoiding annoying drips. They have wing tighteners for easy tool free adjustment. Five sizes to suit the hose.
