The Oasis Specialist filter systems offer Koi enthusiasts effective multi chambered filters at affordable prices. Incorporating proven methods of biological and mechanical filtration, the Specialist filters are quick to install and easy to maintain. All models come with a slide valve assembly so that you can back-flush/clean them.

The Oasis Specialist filter systems can be supplied as either pump or gravity fed, please specify when ordering. Gravity fed filters have a 110mm inlet and stepped hosetail on the exit.

Supplied with the de-sludge pipework and a 1 year guarantee.

Chamber Details

1. Brush Chamber:
Included on all units, this removes any remaining heavy solids.

2. Flocor Chamber:
The 34/45000 both have additional Flocor chambers for additional biological action.

3. Biocartridge Chamber:
Available on all units, this area uses highly efficient foam cartridges to create a mass surface area for mechanical and biological filtration.

4. Flocor Chamber:
The 34/45000 both have additional Flocor chambers for additional biological action.

5. Final Chamber:
Included on all units, this area has multi layered foams for water polishing and Flocor for additional biological action.

Pump or Gravity Fed
This filter is available in either pump or gravity fed versions.

What is Effective Volume ?
The effective volume is the quantity of water in your pond, plus an allowance for shallow and or ponds exposed to high levels of sunlight. Both of these situations will result in a higher than normal algae growth, and fish pollution. We advise that to ensure your that your equipment is correctly sized, the effective volume be considered the minimum size for the equipment you select. However do remember to check the details of the product you are interested in, to ensure that there are no other allowances or consideration specific to that product are required.
