How
much does delivery cost? |
|
For
mainland U.K, standard seven day delivery is only £4.99 for all
orders (excluding Futons). If you need something in a hurry! We can also
offer "next day delivery" (except for Non mainland U.K and Northern
Ireland and the Highlands) for a charge of £8.99 (unless the
items are not stock lines) if the order is received before 14:00 (2pm).
Standard Delivery charges for for any order to the Scotish Highlands and Islands
are £20.00 and for Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey, the Standard Delivery charge is £30.00. Carriage charges
for EU destinations can be found on our Sale
in within the EU web page.
Please note that deliveries are not dispatched or delivered on weekends
or bank holidays. |

How
long does delivery take? |

Our Standard delivery
will reach you within seven working days of receipt of your order. Our carriers
will deliver direct to your door anywhere in the UK. Non mainland U.K and
Northern Ireland delivers may take a little longer. |

What
do I do if there is no-one to receive a delivery? |
|
That's
ok, if you have not provided an alternative delivery address (a neighbour
for example), the carrier will leave a card with a contact number so you
can arrange a new delivery time that suits you. |

do I do if items are damaged? |

an replacement to be dispatched.
