The Pontec PondoFog Mist Maker is a fascinating addition to a pond or water feature, adding a mystic feel particularly at night when the colour changing light produced by the 9 LED lights illuminate the mist. Unlike some other types of "Foggers" which use chemicals, these units use a ceramic membrane to create the ultrasonic vibrations which creates their mist. The ceramic membrane can easily be exchanged and has a life span of approximately 5000 working hours - dependant on the quality of the water. Should the membrane get contaminated, it can be cleaned with a soft cloth. If you are using a mister in a water feature, the use de-ionised water will increase membrane life. This mister includes a IP44 weatherproof transformer which has a 1.5m main power lead and connects to a 10m low voltage cable which runs to the mister. To obtain maximum performance this kit includes a floating ring to ensure the mister is kept at the correct position in the water. Supplied with a 2 year guarantee.
