The new Ultra Pond Skimmer from Velda is a highly versatile flexible skimmer designed for ponds up to 100m². The telescopic tube can be adjusted from 1.0m to 1.5m making it suitable for deeper ponds and the floating head will self-adjust to varying water levels. The Velda Ultra Pond Skimmer can take flowrates from 5000 litres per hour up to 15000 litres per hour (see below). This skimmer has an easy to remove collection basket which has a volume is 2.5 litres. The connection hosetail is attached to the base of the skimmer and will accept 32mm and 40mm hose sizes, additionally the base can be weighted down using large cobbles (not included) to ensure it remains stable.
