The MasterPlug Weatherproof Box in Green is an extremely versatile outdoor box which will protect electrical items from the elements. The Masterplug weatherproof box allows you to safetly use electrical appliances outdoor and in DIY environments. The IP54 rated weatherproof box is safe to use outdoors when using lawnmowers and strimmer's, and even outdoor Christmas lights and decorations. Suitable to use in DIY environments, where it will be exposed to damp and moist conditions.This box has 5 cable outlets as well as the option to fit 2 M20 gland type connectors (not included) and is large enough to house a 4 way gang socket or lighting transformers or timers. Once installed the lid secures with a single catch which can be locked with a padlock if required and incorporates a seal to achieve an IP54 (dust protected and splash proof) rating. This box can be placed on the ground in a location not subject to flooding or mounted on a wall and is supplied with a 1 year guarantee.
