3. Products and Services

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, due to manufacturer updates or variations in display settings, minor differences may occur. If a product does not match its description, you are entitled to a refund or replacement as per UK consumer laws.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards (excluding American Express) and PayPal.
  • Pricing Errors: If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel an order before dispatch. If this happens, you will be notified, and any payment will be refunded.

5. Ordering Process

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. However, this does not guarantee acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase goods, and we reserve the right to decline it at our discretion.
  • Order Acceptance & Contract Formation: The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods to you.
  • Order Cancellation:
    • You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us at sales@watergardeningdirect.com.
    • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for custom-made products.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery Locations: We deliver within the UK, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Standard delivery times are up to 5 working days for most UK mainland addresses.
    • Orders to Highlands and offshore locations may take longer.
    • Where available, you may upgrade to Next Day Delivery for an additional charge.
    • Deliveries are not made, and orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
  • Delivery Liability:
    • If we fail to deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.
    • We are not responsible for indirect losses such as installation costs or missed appointments due to late deliveries. This does not affect your legal rights.
  • Damages & Shortages: Any damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Delivery Instructions: If you provide special instructions (e.g., "Leave with a neighbour"), we and our carriers cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered.

  • Right to Cancel:
    • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return non-customised products.
    • Custom-made products cannot be returned unless faulty or not as ordered. This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights.

    • If a product develops a fault within 30 days, you can request a full refund or replacement.

  • Limitations of Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
