Will a pond vacuum filter out the dirt so the water can be returned to the pond ?

As with all pond vacuums the water is sucked on to the main body chamber and then released from the discharge pipe. This dirty water can be released into a drain or soak away, however it often contains nutrients which a great for your garden, so it can also be released on to nearby planting areas or grass.
