The Oase Filtral Complete Pond Filters are the next generation of internal pond filters for wildlife ponds of up to 9000 ltrs and Goldfish ponds of up to 4500 ltrs. These fully redesigned filters include an integrated pump, filter and UVC and can be completely hidden in a pond. The Oase Filtral pond filters provide clear and healthy water, are easy to install and have a choice of outflow connections. Small in size but large in features, these complete filter units incorporate both medium and fine grade foam for mechanical filtration, which is followed by ceramic and plastic media for biological filtration. The top quality construction and easy to open clips mean cleaning and maintenance of this product are quick and simple, and the inclusion of a simple UV indicator is a reassuring confirmation of the functioning of the UV light. The outflow can either be used to feed a small waterfall or feature via the included hosetail, which will accept 13mm (½"), 20mm (¾") or 25mm (1") pipework (13mm only on the 1500 size), or it can also be used to produce a fountain of various designs using the Fountain Kit.

The Oase Filtral 3000, 6000 and 9000 units also include a Filtral Aeration Set which is designed to use a Venturi principle to add air bubbles into the outflow of a Filtral. This addition will help to enhance the Oxygen levels within a pond, which enhances biological activity, the Oxygen level within the water and also general circulation within a pond.

Aeration Set Installation Note (3000 - 9000)
The air bubbles produced by this unit are created by forcing the water from your filter through a small opening in the aerator (this is called a venturi). For this to function properly, it requires a minimum quantity of water, and therefore on smaller units it may not be possible to run the aerator and the fountain at the same time.
