Solvent Weld Slide Valves

Rigid Pipework Slide Valves are constructed from PVC with Stainless Steel spindles, which are triple sealed at the top (3 x O-ring). These rigid slide valves are equipped with Santoprene seals (100% chemical resistant) which are suited for vacuum and pressure. The blades on the 1½, 2 and 3 inch sizes are made from plastic, however the 4 inch has a Stainless Steel blade. The valves are suitable for solvent weld pressure pipework or can be used with solvent weld waste pipework if optional reducing sleeves are used.

Optional reducing sleeves enable the use of slide valves and other fittings with solvent weld waste piping as well as PVC pressure pipe. Simply glue over the end of the solvent weld pipe before fitting to the appropriate valve or fitting. One required for each side of the valve.
