The 623g Blagdon Algaway Blanket Weed Treatment is an effective and economical way of preventing and eradicating Blanket Weed and String Algae / Thread Algae. The product works by altering the water chemistry to create an environment which kills blanket weed and enhances the growth of your pond plants. In the first month, you will need to treat the pond weekly and then as needed to ensure the Blanket Weed does not return. This product is harmless to wildlife and pets.Each level measure of the product lid (38g) will treat 650 litres (143 gallons), which is the equivalent to 58g per 1000 litres (220 gallons)

Important Note :
As with all anti-algae treatments, please ensure that your pond is kept well oxygenated and that large quantities of decomposing algae are manually removed.
