A favourite in every pond, the marsh marigold heralds the spring with gorgeous yellow flowers. Erect stems with round serrated foliage. Once established it produces a mass of bright yellow flowers very early in the spring, almost a ball of yellow. Plant in a medium container using aquatic soil, covering with pea gravel. Place on the marginal shelf. Trim decaying foliage in late autumn.
