The new improved formula of the AquaActiv PhosLess Direct 5 Litre from Oase removes phosphate, an essential algae nutrient, from pond water quickly and easily in larger ponds. With PhosLess Direct it is possible to reduce the phosphate level to below 0.035 mg/l, which is required for algae growth. In addition, through the multi-component system phosphates are quickly removed from the water.
Oase AquaActiv PhosLess Direct is ideal for algae prevention over the winter months and is also used to remove the phosphate that has now been released from the dead mass of algae.
Oase AquaActiv PhosLess Direct 5L Features
• Binds excess phosphates and reduces algae growth
• Binds hydrogen sulphides that can cause bad odours
• Simple application directly onto the pond surface
• Keeps phosphates in anaerobic zones, such as pond silt
• 500 ml binds up to 80 g of phosphates
• Can treat up to 100,000 Litres
Dosage Note: In large bodies of water the dosage should be based on the volume to ensure good chemical contact with the total body of water
