The Oase Stainless Steel Waterfall XL 90 is a simple solution to creating 900mm wide waterfall or water chute in your garden. Made from high quality stainless steel (Grade 1.4401 V4A) they allow a single hose to supply water which is then internally baffled to create an even sheet of water 900mm wide over the extended (XL) 123mm deep lip. To increase the ease of installation these waterfalls have a connection at the back and the bottom, so one can be fitted with a connection hosetail and the other with a plug (both supplied). The supplied hosetail will accept 19mm, 25mm, 32mm or 38mm (¾", 1", 1¼" or 1½") flexible pipework, however we suggest the largest size hose that your pump can accept should be used.
As with all waterfalls the flowrate required to ensure that the sheet is still wide enough when it hits the surface of the pond / reservoir is determined by both the width of waterfall and the installation height. See our sizing chart below to determine the correct pump size.

Important Installation Note
The needs to be fed with water which is under pressure, for example from a pump or the outflow of a pressurised filter. Gravity feeds from a box type filter would not be suitable.
