The PondXpert FoodFlinger Solar Pond Feeder is a programmable automatic fish feeder designed to provide controlled feeding for pond fish throughout the day. Powered by an integrated solar charging system with built-in rechargeable battery backup, this feeder offers a practical solution for maintaining regular feeding schedules while reducing daily maintenance.
Suitable for pond pellets and sticks, the FoodFlinger can be programmed for multiple daily feeds with adjustable feed durations and feeding distances. The unit can either broadcast food across the pond surface or direct food into a concentrated area using the included chute and protective cover system.

The integrated control panel allows easy adjustment of current time, feeding schedules, feed duration and feeding distance. Three feeding distance settings are available, helping tailor food distribution to suit different pond sizes and fish feeding behaviour. Depending on the selected setting and food type, the feeder can propel food approximately 1 metre, 2 metres or 3 metres across the pond surface.
A manual feeding button is also included, allowing additional feeding outside programmed schedules when required. The wide food distribution pattern can help spread food over a larger area, reducing competition during feeding.
The FoodFlinger is designed for installation beside the pond and includes fixing pegs for anchoring into soft ground. Alternatively, it can be secured onto a hard surface using screws.
