Pontec PondoMax Eco Control pumps are solids-handling pond pumps designed for filter systems and watercourses where adjustable flow and energy management are important. They help move pond water and waste to a filter efficiently, while also giving the user simple control over pump output.

Each model in the range is supplied with an integrated controller with a four-digit display, allowing flow adjustment in 7 stages and showing either power level as a percentage or wattage. The controller also displays error codes in the event of a malfunction, helping make operation and monitoring more straightforward.

The range includes four models covering different flow rates, from the PondoMax Eco 5000 Control up to the PondoMax Eco 20000 Control. Each pump is supplied with stepped hose adaptors for immediate use, with outlet options matched to the size of the pump.

These pumps are designed for flexible installation, either placed directly in the pond or installed dry in a pump chamber below water level. In both cases, they are protected against dry running and blockage, making them suitable for ongoing pond system use.

All models include an integrated controller with 2 metres of cable between the mains connection and the controller, and 8 metres of cable between the controller and the pump. The controller is IP44 rated, so it can be positioned outdoors when protected from the worst of the elements.

When choosing the right model, match the pump to the flow rate your filter system or watercourse requires, while also allowing for head height losses. Larger ponds, longer pipe runs and higher lifts will generally require one of the larger models in the range.
