The Minipond 12000 is a compact box filter designed for smaller goldfish ponds that require a higher capacity than the 9000 model. It provides ultraviolet clarification, foam filtration and biological media to help improve water clarity and manage waste.
Water passes through the UV chamber before flowing over a spray bar and through three foam layers, removing suspended dirt and algae. It then moves through ceramic biological media, supporting beneficial bacteria that help break down fish waste.
The final polishing stages include a replaceable polymer wool pad and carbon impregnated foam. The unit can be partially buried thanks to its outlet position, helping it blend into the pond surroundings.
