The Evolution Aqua AirTech 70 / 75 Diaphragm Kit is a replacement service kit for the AirTech 70 air pump. It is designed to replace worn diaphragms, helping the pump regain lost air output when the original diaphragms have reached the end of their working life.

Air pump diaphragms are moving parts that work continuously whenever the pump is running. Over time they can stretch, split or lose efficiency, which may result in reduced air output, weaker bubbling in the pond or a change in pump noise.
This kit contains the main diaphragm parts needed to service an Evolution Aqua AirTech 70 pump. The supplied nuts and washers are used to secure the diaphragms onto the activating arms inside the air pump.
The kit does not include the screws that hold the diaphragm frames in place. These screws are not available as a spare part, so the originals should be retained carefully and reused during fitting.
