Evolution Aqua AirTech Diaphragm Kits are replacement service parts for AirTech air pumps. Air pump diaphragms work continuously while the pump is running and will eventually wear, which can reduce air output and affect the amount of oxygenation being delivered to the pond.

The range includes diaphragm kits for several Evolution Aqua AirTech pump models. The AirTech 70 and AirTech 75 kits use 10mm diaphragms, while the AirTech 95, AirTech 130 and AirTech 150 kits use 15mm diaphragms.

Each kit includes two diaphragms, two diaphragm frames, two nuts and two washers. The nuts and washers are used to secure the diaphragms to the activating arms inside the pump.

The securing screws that hold the diaphragm frames in place are not included, as these are not available as a spare part. The original screws should therefore be kept and reused when fitting the replacement kit.

Choose the diaphragm kit that matches your exact AirTech pump model. If your air pump has reduced output, weaker bubbles or increased operating noise, worn diaphragms may be one of the parts worth checking.
