Clear Waters blanket weed treatment by Nishikoi is an award winning anti blanket weed treatment which was voted "Best Buy" from Which Magazine, in an independent head-to-head test against other products on the market. Nishikoi Clear Waters contains an algaecide which is the quickest and most effective way of killing algae straight away. Clear Waters also contains Microbes which during warmer water periods will flourish and feed on nitrates, stopping the return of the blanket weed. fast acting, you can expect to see results within just 2 weeks of its first use and is effective all year round. This blanket weed treatment is safe for use with UVC's, pond filters and will not give your pond a milky appearance.
Unlike other algae and blanket weed treatments, Clear Waters will also work in the colder months if the algae and blanket weed are actively growing. Clear Waters will yield results down to a water temperature of 4 degrees centigrade.
You can use Clear Waters blanket weed treatment at anytime when the water temperature is above 4 degrees centigrade, and as long as there is algae Clear Waters will attack it.

A 1 litre tub treats 10000 litres (2200 gallons) of pond water. The initial dose should be 25ml per 500 litres (110 gallons) and a re-dose can be used after 14 days if required.
- Maintenance Dose's:
To keep your pond clear of blanket weed, from day 28 onwards a maintenance dose of 25ml per 2000 Litres (440 gallons) can be used every 2 weeks, so 1 tub would treat 20000 litres (4400 gallons) at this rate.
Important Notes
As with all anti algae treatments, please ensure that your pond is kept well oxygenated and that large quantities of decomposing algae are manually removed
