The Oase Aquamax Eco Gravity 10,000, 15,000 and 20,000 Pond Pumps are purpose designed gravity feed pumps that can be dry mounted or located in the final section of a gravity fed filter. With a specific focus on cost efficiency this pump is particularly suitable in situations which do not have the need to lift water very high above water level. The Aquamax Eco Gravity pumps produce very high volumes of water at low pressure and exceedingly low power consumption - from 10,000 - 18,000 litres per hour for only 65 to 120 watts. The Aquamax Eco Gravity pumps have been built to be installed in a dry chamber as part of a gravity fed filter system using the supplied 110mm (4") inlet adaptor and fixing plate or can be used submerged in a pond or last stage of a filter chamber with its stainless steel inlet cage which will pass particles of up to 6mm in size. To ensure minimum friction and maximise performance this pump is supplied with a 50mm (2") outflow connector. The Aquamax Eco Gravity pumps are supplied with a removable base which can be used to prevent vibration through your pipework or can be removed to allow installation in confined spaces. These pump are covered by a 3 year guarantee, which can be extended to 5 years free of charge, simply by sending the warranty card off to Oase. Oase AquaMax Eco Gravity Pond Pump - Product SizingUse the table below to select the correctly sized item. If you have any difficulties deciding which size is right for you, contact us by email or phone and we will be very happy to assist you. Due to the extremely lower power consumption of these pumps their performance is very sensitive to back pressure, to allow for the effects of friction, we advise that you should add 0.05m of head for each metre of 50mm flexible pipework used, so for example if you have 6m of 50mm flexible pipe, this would be equivalent to 0.3m extra head lift. We strongly advise against using flexible pipework smaller that 50mm.
